Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. To initiate this process, please contact us at vishwaincorp@gmail.com or call us at +91 9376135000 to acquire a return authorisation number (RAN). Once you have obtained your RAN, kindly return the product to us in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by the original receipt.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Custom-made products

Products that have been used or damaged

Products not in their original packaging

Discontinued products

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, we urge you to notify us immediately. We will swiftly arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
