At VOS, we repair all types of chairs we manufacture, excluding imported chairs. Our services include hydraulic cylinder replacement, wheel/caster replacement, handle change, fabric/leatherette change, and one-time service. We also offer stand replacements for our brand of chairs.
Note: We prioritize repairs for chairs aged 1 to 2 years old. Older chairs may reach a point where repair costs become comparable to purchasing a new chair. In such cases, we'll be honest and transparent, offering you our guidance for the best course of action.
